Our client had an e-commerce store that was getting repeitive questions around orders and refunds. They reached out to us looking for a forward looking solution to deflect these queries.

Our approach consist of multiple steps process . We kick start by validating the claim through our data anlysis process, next we work with our client to build a business case to justify their investments . Based on this info we build a complete project roadmap that includes timelines around discovery, design, recommended solutions, development, release, training, post release support and final handover.

During this project we build a knowledge hub for our client and connected that to a AI powered chat bot that use information for commonly ask question and provide detailed answers to customers on policies. At next phase of this project we integrate AI with our client order portal that allow users to get specific info about their order. For Ex I lost the installaion guide can you share a digital print ? Can you please delay my order as I will be out of town on that day ?
The Results
The AI bot deflected close to 30% of contact in first month of release by answering common questions and resisting agent connect for simple questions.
